Level Up: A Course for Men on Sex and Intimacy
I’m Seani Love and I’ve been working with sex, intimacy, the erotic shadow and men’s empowerment since 2010. In all that time I’ve only ever met a handful of men who were actually taught how to understand their own sexuality. Plenty of us were taught how to perform sexuality but that’s not the same thing at all. I started off as a pretty average man – a software engineer if you must know – and now I’ve won awards for my work in the field of sexuality.
For most of my life I had no language for my own desire, and I had no male friend I could say any of that to out loud. It took me a long time and a lot of stumbling to work out that none of this was a personal defect. It was just an education nobody gave me. I’ve packaged up my core teachings into Level Up: A course for men on sex and intimacy. Read on to learn more about it.
Who this course is for?
This course is for you especially if you are attracted to women but feel invisible, lost, confused, unwanted in the ever-changing world of relationships. This course has been tailor-made for you if you’re a man ready to take your journey into sex and intimacy to the next level: more skills, more love, more connections, and a better life.
Why do so many men feel stuck?
Most men fail to connect with women because many simply don’t know how to speak to women, how to express interest in women, how to face rejection from women gracefully, and ultimately most men don’t know how to be amazing lovers. We never learn how to satisfy our partners on every level: emotionally, physically, intimately and of course sexually.
Most of us have absolute minimal sex education which focussed on reproduction and biomechanics. We learned how to put a condom on a banana and we learned the rest from streaming porn websites. Porn is a poor substitute for real “how do things really work” sex education.
Meanwhile, we know that countless women have had their boundaries crossed multiple times. A huge amount of this is due to all of us having poor sex education and communication skills. A course like Level Up is absolutely necessary to help minimise the chance of this happening while still giving you the courage, confidence and skill to connect with women deeply and passionately.

What will this course teach me?
Week 1 — Meeting your own body
Anatomy, breath and attention. Self-pleasure with no goal attached to it. Getting more conscious awareness of your own cock.
Week 2 — Meeting Her: Consent, Boundaries, & Naming your Desires
She wants a bad boy but she doesn’t really: what’s with that? Consent as a continuous conversation. Overcoming fear of rejection. Your own boundaries, which most men have never named.
Week 3 — Shame, porn and the stories we internalise
Where the shame came from, and why it was never yours to begin with. Porn handled honestly: whether you want to move away from it entirely or use it with more awareness, both are welcome here. Exercises for better porn use.
Week 4 — Hearts, Cocks, Pussies and Beasts
Connecting Heart and Cock and your own Wild Nature. Understanding her anatomy. Arousal as a scale rather than a switch. Pleasure that doesn’t depend on an erection. Your wildness including befriending your own inner predator.
Week 5 — Taking it into your life
Meeting potential lovers, bringing this to a partner. Making peace with rejection. More solo practices. What you keep practising after the course ends.

What is Level Up?
Level Up is a five-week online course for men on sex, intimacy and consent, taught live by Seani Love. Each week is one live session plus a practice to do on your own before the next one. It covers your own body, consent and desire, shame and porn, connection and pleasure, and how to carry all of it into your life.
Who is this course for?
Level Up is for men who are attracted to women and want a fuller, freer relationship with their own sexuality. Most men who join feel some version of the same thing: pressure to perform, uncertainty about how to approach someone, and no one to talk to about any of it. You don’t need to be in crisis and you don’t need to have it figured out.
Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed. Level Up is a starting point, not an advanced course, and most men arrive having never done anything like it. If you’ve spent years in tantra or kink spaces, this will cover ground you already know.
Is the course interactive?
Partly. We will have an initial check-in and then the following approximately 90 minutes of the call will be treated as a lecture where participants microphones are off. The final approximately 30 minutes will be Seani’s chance to answer your questions. These are asked through either the Zoom chatbox or you can go on camera if you wish. The course is filmed and we’ll address the privacy aspect thoroughly during the first call.
Will my specific questions be answered?
If any questions are unanswered during the live call, they’ll be addressed in the WhatsApp group in the days between the calls.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Your camera can be off for the whole course if you wish.
Is this a tantra course?
I am deeply inspired by Tantra but there’s no Tantra in this course. There’s nothing you need to believe in and no practice you need to sign up to. It’s practical.
I’m single. Is that a problem?
No. Around half the men who join are single. Most of the work is with yourself.
I’m in a relationship. Will my partner need to be involved?
Not unless you want them to be. Plenty of men do this quietly and bring it home in their own way.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and sent to you. Only Seani and his guest speakers appear in the recording, unless a participant chooses to speak during a recording.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Nothing leaves the group without your consent. That’s agreed out loud in week one. Some parts are filmed and we’ll go deeper into the privacy aspects during the first call.
Is this therapy?
This is not a therapy and I am not a therapist BUT there absolutely can be a therapeutic aspect to learning these techniques as you learn about your own sexuality, empowerment, and how to move through the world.
What if it’s not for me?
Tell us before the second session and we’ll refund you in full.
Can Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and queer men join?
Short answer: Yes, I’d love for you to join. Longer answer: I’m a heterosexual man and I will mostly be working towards supporting other heterosexual men. Disclaimer, I can only teach based on my own experiences and I don’t have direct personal experience of some of the issues facing your community.
Can Women Join?
Women who sign up can watch the recordings but can neither join the live calls nor the WhatsApp group. If a quorum of women join the course, we’ll start a dedicated WhatsApp group for you.

My Origin
Hi, I’m Seani Love, and I’m a heterosexual man who has been working in the sex industry since 2010. It was never my intention or goal to work in this field and somehow I stumbled into it. Even though I was a software engineer back then, I was always a bit kinky and so about 20 years ago I took the courage to go to a BDSM workshop. I loved it so much that I started going to many more. In time I started organising other teacher’s workshops and then I got a call: “Seani, will you come to Prague and run a workshop for us?” I said yes immediately, of course. During that first workshop I was asked to give a private session to someone. Getting paid for helping someone explore their kinks and fantasies was such a mind-fuck!
I got to running more workshops, and more private sessions. Some of the sessions focussed on kink and others focussed on intimacy and love. Some clients wanted to remain fully clothed and receive a spanking, others wanted to make love or receive loving and healing touch. My skillset diversified quickly and I continued training in different modalities.
Learning how to speak to potential women connections, but more importantly learning how to listen. Like most of you, I used to dread conversations about consent, but I’ve learned that these conversations are actually really sexy! I’ve awakened my inner beast and I have made friends with him. He’s such a source of love, wildness and beauty.
During my journey, I’ve won awards (Sex Worker of the Year 2015) and I’ve been in some films, most notably, Touch Me Not, a film about intimacy that won the top prize at the Berlinale Film Festival in 2018. The deeper story is that I could easily have been someone without romantic and erotic connections. But I’ve done the inner work and now life is blooming with love and intimacy, and good sex.
